	Deven Anderson was created in 1975 from a merger of U.K and U.S search companies. Thirty years on, we are still based in the West Midlands and are now an international executive search company operating throughout the UK and Europe. Through long-term relationships with many of our clients, we have an excellent understanding of the calibre of executives needed to meet the needs of national and global change. Our consultants have operated at boardroom level within major organisations in a variety of business sectors, bringing extensive business knowledge and understanding to the complex world of headhunting.
